VC high-efficiency powder mixer can improve mixing efficiency, enabling particles to be fully mixed and dispersed, and is a powder mixer that can achieve micron mixing uniformity. The VC powder mixer has a conical mixing chamber and a central rotating shaft, with a rotation speed of up to 30 meters per second. The centrifugal force generated by the speed of the rotating shaft pushes the product towards the inner wall of the mixing chamber. At this point, the conical shape of the cavity and the shape of the blade cause the product to move upwards along the inner wall. The product is guided by a specially designed mixing machine cover to the center of the mixing machine, and then falls back to the bottom of the mixing chamber to start a new round of mixing process.
